The twelfth year of the new millennium has approached us, and it almost seems like it came out of nowhere. Parents know better than anyone that the times are a changin', and are likely to reject new ways of doing things. When it comes to driving habits, however, they may want to let their guard down and listen to what their teenagers are learning in driving school.
