A new FIAT is on the way!

It seems like just yesterday that U.S. car shoppers saw a little Italian brand re-emerge onto the U.S. market. Our sales team members at your favorite Chicago-area FIAT dealership, Fields FIAT of Highland Park, can't believe that an entire five years have passed since that moment. In any case, FIAT fans and our team have been patiently awaiting the newest entry into FIAT's lineup - now we can express our enthusiasm that the moment has finally arrived.
The car company is expanding its current lineup by offering the 2014 FIAT 500X - a crossover version of the very popular 500. Nearly 26 inches longer than the standard 500 model, the 500X will be the longest model in the FIAT 500 family. Consumers browsing for a 2013 FIAT 500 Abarth, and wish they could get some extra cargo space with the FIAT name, will get the chance to have everything they want within the next year.
On the downside, there are very little details we can share about this product. Jiyan Cadiz, a FIAT spokesman, would not disclose much: "The only thing we've confirmed is that battery-electric production starts at the end of this year?" Automotive News, on the other hand, revealed that FIAT plans to begin production of the 500X in December 2013.
In any case, we are pleased to have confirmation that FIAT is expanding its fleet and offering a wider variety of models to FIAT fans and shoppers. In the meantime, interested consumers are encouraged to have a chat with one of our knowledgeable sales team members about the 2014 500X or to check out what we currently have in stock.
