This program offers eligible consumers a cash allowance certificate to be applied toward the retail purchase or lease of an eligible vehicle.

The certificate will be delivered to eligible USAA Member electronically via USAA's online car shopping service. Only one certificate will be allowed per each eligible vehicle.
